OWNER/CPA
Anthony Sparrow
Anthony Sparrow is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of accounting experience in government contract auditing and individual and business tax preparation. He has supported a wide variety of organizations—including small family-owned businesses, nonprofit organizations, and publicly traded companies—giving him a well-rounded perspective on accounting, tax compliance, and financial management. Anthony applies this experience to help clients maintain accurate books, minimize tax exposure, and make informed financial decisions. He is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
Outside of the office, Anthony enjoys staying active and spending time with his family. He is a proud father of two daughters and enjoys playing hockey and golf, as well as watching sports whenever he gets the chance.
He earned his undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park, and later completed his Master of Business Administration at Clarion University.
Office manager
Katie Jenkins
Katie Jenkins has been a valued member of our team for the past two years, serving as the backbone of our daily operations. As Office Manager, she handles all administrative responsibilities, manages scheduling, and serves as a key point of contact for client coordination. Her attention to detail and excellent communication skills keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
In addition to her role with us, Katie also works as the assistant director at a preschool —an impressive testament to her patience, multitasking ability, and commitment to helping others.
Outside of work, Katie is a dedicated mom of two and enjoys spending time with her family. Whether she’s managing a full office or a busy household, Katie brings a calm, reliable presence and a positive attitude to everything she does.
ACCOUNTANT
Maryney Frankie Ramirez
Maryney is an experienced accounting professional with over eight years of hands-on experience across multiple industries, including residential and marina property management, as well as extensive work with small and medium-sized businesses. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Baltimore and an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
Maryney has been a valued member of our team for over a year, providing clients with expert support in day-to-day bookkeeping, preparation of financial statements, and data review. She brings a detail-oriented and analytical approach to every engagement, helping businesses maintain accurate records and make informed financial decisions.
She is currently working toward her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, further strengthening her expertise and commitment to the accounting profession.
